Servest, a leading Facilities Management Company, is looking for a Regional Sales Executive – Cleaning to drive sales and expand our client base in the Cleaning Division. This role is based in our Cape Town offices and reports to the National Sales Manager.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Executive – Cleaning, you will:
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the cleaning services industry.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of target industries, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
- Build and manage a database of potential clients, including key decision-makers and business profiles.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals and monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Provide detailed sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue across different business divisions.
- Ensure profit margins (GP%) are maintained at required standards.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
✔ 5+ years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in cleaning or facilities management.
✔ Experience managing key client accounts and executive-level relationships.
✔ Strong reconciliation and organizational skills.
✔ High computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems effectively.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
