Servest, a leading Facilities Management Company, is looking for a Regional Sales Executive – Cleaning to expand our business in Gqeberha and the Eastern Cape region. This role reports to the National Sales Manager and is based at our Gqeberha offices.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Executive – Cleaning, you will:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the cleaning services sector.
- Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and regulations.
- Build and manage a database of target clients, including key decision-makers and business profiles.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries through various channels (email, phone, and in-person meetings).
- Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring top-tier customer service.
- Provide detailed sales performance reports to senior management.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across different business units.
- Ensure profit margins (GP%) are maintained at required levels.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
✔ 5+ years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in cleaning or facilities management.
✔ Proven experience managing executive-level relationships and key client accounts.
✔ Strong organizational and reconciliation skills.
✔ High computer literacy, including experience with CRM systems.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
