π― Role Overview
The Graduate Development Program (GDP) will provide you with:
- Technical coaching in Process/Chemical Engineering
- Rotational exposure to various PPC departments
- Mentorship and professional development
- Assessment and feedback for personal and professional growth
Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role, though this is not guaranteed.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate, you will:
β Receive intensive training in Process/Chemical Engineering, learning hands-on in various PPC departments
β Gain exposure to the larger business context, understanding how different functions interconnect
β Benefit from strong mentorship and continuous performance assessments
β Engage in rotational assignments to build a well-rounded skill set
β Take on key projects, contributing to real-time business processes
π Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualifications
β Bachelorβs Degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering from a recognized University
β 60% average pass mark during studies
Other Criteria
β Ability to adapt and fit into PPCβs purpose-driven culture
β Willingness to move between PPC sites as required
β No criminal record
β Preference will be given to black African female candidates and those who meet BEE criteria
