TotalEnergies is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to manage fleet scheduling, route optimization, and stock replenishment to ensure efficient petroleum product deliveries across South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Fleet Scheduling & Transport Coordination
- Schedule deliveries using ORTEC and SAP for maximum efficiency and cost savings.
- Optimize fleet resources to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor supply chain trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure timely deliveries and minimize transportation costs.
✅ Order Management & Route Optimization
- Process and schedule orders accurately based on customer demand.
- Identify delivery constraints (supply issues, strikes, gantry downtime) and resolve them quickly.
- Communicate unscheduled loads and non-SOC orders to the marketing team.
- Clear old orders from the SAP system to maintain operational efficiency.
✅ Stock Replenishment & Depot Operations
- Manage stock levels and replenishments for SOC sites daily.
- Ensure priority scheduling for dry sites to avoid disruptions.
- Monitor transporter availability and address vehicle shortages.
✅ Stakeholder Communication & Problem Solving
- Collaborate with Key Account Specialists, Territory Managers, and Depots.
- Liaise with transporters, drivers, and HSEQ teams for smooth operations.
- Provide real-time updates on delivery issues to internal teams and customers.
- Support system improvements by providing feedback on ORTEC and SAP functionalities.
✅ Health, Safety & Compliance (HSEQ)
- Ensure compliance with all HSEQ policies, safety guidelines, and legal regulations.
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing transport safety protocols.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to reduce operational hazards.
Who Should Apply?
✅ Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- National Diploma in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- 2+ years of experience in transport operations, fleet scheduling, or supply chain logistics.
- Experience with ORTEC, SAP, or other scheduling tools (Advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of depot operations and South African transport routes.
✅ Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize deliveries effectively.
