As a Contact Centre Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, sales, and claims processing while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This role is ideal for candidates pursuing careers in customer service, call center operations, or sales administration.


๐Ÿ”น Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ’ฌ Customer Service & Sales Support

โœ” Manage incoming calls & customer queries, providing accurate and professional service
โœ” Process claims, quotations, and sales transactions
โœ” Advise customers on the best glass solutions for their needs
โœ” Handle complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
โœ” Follow up on leads to boost sales conversions

๐Ÿ“ Administrative Support & Claims Processing

โœ” Ensure all internal sales and invoices are processed correctly
โœ” Manage cash transactions & payment collections
โœ” Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
โœ” Process and track insurance claims accurately
โœ” Maintain detailed records of sales, claims, and customer interactions

๐Ÿ“Š Data & System Management

โœ” Work with SAP systems for transaction processing and reporting
โœ” Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas
โœ” Ensure proper documentation for all transactions


๐ŸŽ“ Minimum Requirements

Education & Qualifications

โœ” Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
โœ” TVET Qualification (Business Administration, Sales, or Customer Service preferred)

Work Experience

โœ” Previous sales or customer service experience (advantageous, but not required)
โœ” Knowledge of the automotive glass industry (bonus, but not essential)

โœ” Ability to handle customer queries professionally & efficiently
