Key Responsibilities
📞 Sales & Customer Engagement
- Deliver prepared sales talks using scripts to persuade customers to purchase products or services.
- Contact businesses or individuals to solicit sales or donations.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits while answering customer questions.
- Adjust sales scripts based on customer needs and interests.
📝 Order Processing & Data Entry
- Collect and record customer information (name, address, payment details) accurately.
- Enter orders into computer systems and maintain customer databases.
- Track and report on customer interactions and responses.
🔍 Lead Generation & Follow-Ups
- Obtain contact details of potential customers from directories and other sources.
- Follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide product/service information.
