Minimum Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• 2 years retail management experience (essential)
• Strong personality to motivate and inspire teams
• Ability to train and develop staff daily
• Strong administrative capabilities
• Sales driven (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Customer service orientated

Key Functions:

• Manage stock and store assets effectively
• Handle daily responsibilities associated with store management
• Ensure effective and efficient customer service
• Oversee the layout of the store
• Responsible for store administration
• Handle customer queries
• Maintain store standards
