Minimum Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- 2 years retail management experience (essential)
- Strong personality to motivate and inspire teams
- Ability to train and develop staff daily
- Strong administrative capabilities
- Sales driven (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Customer service orientated
Key Functions:
- Manage stock and store assets effectively
- Handle daily responsibilities that come with managing a store
- Ensure effective and efficient customer service
- Oversee store layout
- Responsible for store administration
- Handle customer queries
- Maintain store standards
