Job Overview
We are seeking qualified and experienced First Officers to join our flight operations team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft while supporting the Captain in all flight-related duties.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Education: Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
✔ Licensing: Valid CAA Commercial Pilot License
✔ ATPL or Frozen ATPL
✔ Valid Instrument Rating
✔ South African Citizenship
✔ Flight Experience:
- Minimum 1,000 total flying hours
- Minimum 200 Multi-Engine hours
- Minimum 200 Turbine hours
✔ Additional Advantageous Qualifications: - Previous advanced training on Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD)
Key Responsibilities
✈ Assist the Captain in operating the aircraft safely and efficiently
✈ Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and procedures
✈ Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections
✈ Maintain effective communication with the flight crew, ground staff, and air traffic control
✈ Handle emergency procedures and safety protocols as required
