Job Overview
The Electoral Commission is seeking Field Workers for the KZN 292 – Ward 28 By-Election. The role involves assisting in the coordination of voter registration and other related programs at the voting station level, contributing to strengthening the electoral democracy process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating voter education and related activities at the voting stations.
- Help ensure the successful registration of voters and accurate implementation of election programs.
- Engage with community members to provide voter education and support.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting of activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Applicants must not have a high political party profile.
- Matric or equivalent qualification required.
- If applicable, foreign qualifications must be accompanied by an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
- Valid driver’s license (if required for the role).
