Job Overview
The Electoral Commission is looking to hire 16 Clerical Administrators to support electoral projects like Voters’ Roll maintenance, Voter Registration, Party Registration, and other electoral processes leading up to the municipal elections. The successful candidates will report to the Assistant Manager: Electoral Matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for electoral projects, ensuring smooth coordination of voter and party registrations.
- Assist with maintenance of the Voters’ Roll, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
- Provide administrative assistance for various electoral processes leading up to elections.
- Manage documentation and communication related to the registration process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in administrative roles or related fields is an advantage.
- If you have a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
