Job Overview
Empact Group is looking for a Food Service Assistant to join our team. The role involves assisting with food production, front-of-house services, and general support while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
🍽 Food Production Support – Assist in the preparation and serving of meals.
🏢 Front-of-House Duties – Engage with customers and maintain service excellence.
🧹 General Support – Maintain hygiene standards in both front and back of house.
✅ Compliance – Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
✔ Experience in the Hospitality Industry – Required
✔ Customer Service Experience – Advantageous
✔ Food & Beverage / Culinary Arts Qualification – Advantageous
