Job Overview
GWK Retail, a division of VKB Group, is seeking a Fitter to perform tyre maintenance, installation, and repairs while ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
🛠 Tyre Installation & Repairs – Fit, balance, and repair tyres.
📦 Loading & Offloading – Manage tyre stock efficiently.
🔧 Tool Maintenance – Store and maintain tools safely.
🧹 Housekeeping – Keep the work environment clean and organized.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Grade 12 / NQF4 – Essential
✔ 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
✔ Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
Key Competencies
🔹 Excellent verbal communication skills
🔹 Strong people skills to interact with customers
🔹 Ability to work independently and in a team
