Key Responsibilities
🍞 Prepare & Bake – Create a variety of baked goods, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes.
⚖ Ingredient Management – Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately for consistency.
🎨 Presentation & Decoration – Ensure visually appealing baked goods.
🔥 Oven Monitoring – Adjust temperatures and settings as needed for perfect baking.
🧼 Kitchen Hygiene – Maintain a clean and organized baking environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
📋 Inventory & Ordering – Assist in stock management and ingredient procurement.
📚 Stay Updated – Keep up with the latest baking trends and techniques.
Minimum Requirements
✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent – Required
✔ Formal Training in Baking / Culinary Arts – Preferred
✔ Food Handler’s Certification – Advantageous
✔ Proven Experience as a Baker with a Strong Portfolio
