Job Overview
G4S Cash Solutions (SA) is looking for an ATM Device Monitoring Agent to join their team at the Head Office in Centurion. The role involves coordinating and monitoring the status of ATM devices, ensuring effective resolution of issues, and adhering to company policies and best practices. The successful candidate will report to the National ATM Manager.
Key Responsibilities
ATM Device Monitoring & Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for non-operational devices and schedule maintenance.
- Inform agents on duty about non-operational devices after establishing the ETA from the G4S Clearing Team or Custodian.
- Create schedules for clearing teams and custodians to attend to ATM device issues.
- Assign calls for Preventative Maintenance, Deep Cleaning, Network issues, and Maintenance requests.
- Allocate project calls for software upgrades or device upgrades.
Health & Safety
- Promote a “Safety First” culture and adhere to company health and safety procedures.
- Ensure protective clothing is worn at all times, including bulletproof vests in secure environments.
- Participate in safety forums and report incidents promptly.
- Follow all health and safety procedures for vehicle safety and personnel protection.
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 education.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the ATM field, with knowledge of ATM Custodian and ATM Clearing Team duties.
