Job Overview

VKB Mechanization, a division of VKB Commercial Services, is seeking an Admin Assistant to manage internal administration at its Bethlehem branch. The role involves financial transactions, stock control, claims processing, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Petty Cash Handling – Process transactions and ensure balancing.
📊 Daily Reconciliation – Balance and bank daily transactions.
📝 Claims Management – Register, process, and complete claims efficiently.
📦 Stock Control – Issue GRVs, monitor deviation reports, and conduct stock takes.
📬 Receiving Deliveries – Ensure proper stock receipt as per policies.
🔄 Customer & Department Liaison – Maintain strong communication for smooth operations.
📑 General Administrative Tasks – Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification
Experience in a workshop/spares environment (advantageous)
Computer literacy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to work Monday – Saturday
