Job Description
We are seeking a Miller Assistant to assist with the efficient execution of milling activities, ensuring that resources are optimally utilized to produce consistently high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assist in the execution of the milling process
- Perform hourly inspections inside the mill
- Support the smooth operation of the plant
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the miller
- Provide assistance to millers as needed
- Act as an ambassador for the company and its values
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Experience in a production environment
- 6-12 months of relevant experience
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
