Job Overview:
We are looking for a Field Sales Consultant for the Redbull Learnership in Durban. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage territory coverage, execute store visits to ensure optimal product placement, manage stock and POS (Point of Sale) materials, and report on key activities. You will also engage with stakeholders to drive the Redbull brand and sales growth within the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Coverage Management:
- Oversee and manage the allocated territory, ensuring all accounts are visited and managed effectively.
- Perfect Store Execution & Management:
- Ensure that stores comply with brand guidelines for product placement and visibility.
- Stock Management:
- Monitor stock levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and orders are processed efficiently.
- POS Management:
- Ensure all POS materials are displayed according to guidelines and manage their usage in-store.
- Administration & Reporting:
- Complete necessary administrative tasks and provide regular reports on store visits, stock levels, and sales performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers and other partners, to drive sales and brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 2-3 years’ sales experience in retail (essential).
- Education:
- Diploma/NQF Level 5 or Higher/Advanced Certificate.
- License & Vehicle:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid Code 8 Driver’s license.
