Job Overview:
We are seeking a Field Sales Consultant for the Redbull Learnership in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be responsible for managing territory coverage, executing perfect store setups, handling stock and POS management, as well as reporting on your activities. Your efforts will contribute to increasing brand presence and sales within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Coverage Management:
- Oversee the territory, ensuring all accounts are visited regularly and effectively managed.
- Perfect Store Execution & Management:
- Ensure compliance with store standards for product visibility and positioning.
- Stock Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- POS Management:
- Maintain and manage Point of Sale materials to ensure they are displayed correctly in stores.
- Administration & Reporting:
- Complete administrative tasks and provide regular reports on sales, stock levels, and store visits.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including store managers and other partners to drive the brand’s success.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 2-3 years’ sales experience in retail (essential).
- Education:
- Diploma/NQF Level 5 or Higher/Advanced Certificate.
- License & Vehicle:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid Code 8 Driver’s license.
