General Objective:
As a Brand Ambassador at Versuni, you will play a key role in representing the Philips brand in designated retail stores. Your primary focus will be promoting product awareness, driving sales, and building positive relationships with both retailers and consumers. Your efforts will contribute to the visibility and availability of Philips Domestic Appliances products, ensuring alignment with Versuni’s mission to enhance homes across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Placement:
- Ensure optimal representation of Philips products in assigned stores, according to the Philips Retail Store Base and structure.
- Policy Adherence:
- Follow store policies and guidelines to maintain compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Weekly Meetings:
- Meet with the Regional Field Manager weekly to report on progress, provide feedback, and discuss plans and directives.
- Weekend Activations:
- Lead mandatory weekend activations, engaging with customers and promoting Philips products.
- Execution Excellence:
- Ensure Philips products maintain the #1 position in-store, maximizing visibility and prominence.
- Price Ticket Maintenance:
- Ensure daily updates and accuracy of price tickets, reflecting promotions and correct pricing.
- Merchandising Execution:
- Carry out in-store merchandising according to the Philips and Retailers’ directives and planograms, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with retailers and their staff, encouraging collaboration and support for Philips products.
- Professionalism:
- Adhere to the dress code supplied by Philips, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
- Demonstrations and Engagement:
- Conduct WET/DRY demonstrations to engage customers, highlighting key features and benefits of Philips products.
- Hygiene and Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of demo products and materials, ensuring they are always presentable.
- Event Support:
- Assist retailers during store-related events and activities that involve Philips Domestic Appliances products.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional sales or marketing training preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or brand promotion is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present product features and benefits compellingly.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for execution excellence.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
