Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrator, Operations Intelligence to join our team on a temporary basis. This role involves managing key operational systems, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the team through effective administration and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration:
- Perform accurate and efficient administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze operational data and compile insightful reports to guide decision-making.
- Operational Systems Management:
- Ensure smooth functioning and optimization of operational systems.
- Fleet and Call Cycle Administration:
- Manage fleet operations and maintain call cycle records.
- Vehicle Tracking:
- Monitor and manage vehicle tracking systems effectively.
- Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records.
- Teamwork and Self-Management:
- Collaborate with team members and demonstrate strong self-management skills.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in a systems or analytical role, ideally in the FMCG sector.
- Education:
- Diploma/NQF Level 5 qualification.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in fleet and call cycle administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong operational systems knowledge.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Skilled in administration and reporting.
