Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to the Regional Manager and OI Supervisor. The role includes consolidating reports, conducting research on competitive trends, managing call diaries, tracking exceptions, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Regional Manager and OI Supervisor.
- Consolidate and analyze reports, and track information as requested.
- Reporting and Research:
- Conduct desktop research on competitive analysis and trends.
- Track exceptions and monitor call diaries, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinate with PC’s, Hub Managers, and stores as requested by the Regional Manager.
- Follow up on open items raised by Head Office or clients, providing feedback to the Regional Manager.
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Allocate and analyze reports for the region, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of secretarial/admin experience, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Education:
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to meet sales objectives.
- Financial management skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office suite.
