Job Purpose

To handle customer calls in line with Call Centre specifications, ensuring efficient assistance, advice, and resolution of queries related to CIPC products, services, processes, and procedures.


Key Performance Areas

  1. Customer Interaction
    • Receive and respond to inbound customer calls efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide assistance, advice, and information on CIPC products and services.
  2. Query Resolution
    • Strive for first-call resolution by determining and resolving customer requests and queries.
  3. Call Documentation
    • Accurately record all calls and customer interactions as per prescribed guidelines.
  4. Customer Feedback
    • Ensure timely and appropriate feedback to customers.
  5. Performance Contribution
    • Contribute to organizational performance improvements by adhering to Call Centre standards.
