Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving set sales targets by offering exceptional customer service and building strong, long-term relationships with clients. This role involves driving specific strategies to expand the customer base, negotiate terms, close sales, and increase revenue for the used vehicle division at Hyundai Paarl.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement
- Develop the business to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive sales experience.
- Manage customer expectations and address escalations promptly, providing feedback.

- Market and Product Knowledge
- Keep up to date with industry and market trends to understand customer behavior.
- Evaluate vehicles accurately to ensure competitive pricing.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of products, market conditions, and dealership policies.
- Sales Process Management
- Conduct accurate customer needs analysis to match them with the right vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and dealership policies throughout the sales process.
- Use computer systems for sales tracking and record-keeping (e.g., Higher Gear).
- Networking and Lead Generation
- Engage in cold calling and networking to build a client base and generate sales leads.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow market share.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Minimum Grade 12.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry.
- Driver’s License: A valid Code 8 driver’s license is required.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer literacy, including dealership management software (e.g., Higher Gear).
