Position Overview

Heineken Beverages invites applications for the Admin Controller position within the Adam Tas Cluster in Stellenbosch. This role supports the manufacturing function and reports to the Packaging Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the governance of administrative tasks related to production, data management, and the effective use of systems and resources.


Key Responsibilities

  • General Administrative Governance:
    Oversee and manage various administrative tasks to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Production Order and Labour Management:
    Confirm production orders, verify bulk materials, and track machine labour hours to ensure accuracy.
  • Compliance and Process Execution:
    Ensure all tasks comply with ICC processes and procedures.
  • Reporting and Budget Assistance:
    Assist in the preparation of budgets and compile weekly and monthly reports on OPI Nona, downtime, material losses, and write-offs.
  • Monitoring and Data Accuracy:
    Effectively monitor production order variances, ensuring that all data captured is accurate. Implement regular data health checks and ensure timely correction of errors.
  • SAP and Production Information Management:
    Manage all SAP-related reports and ensure production information is readily available for decision-making. Actively resolve queries related to production stocks and materials with relevant departments.
  • Support for Mini Businesses and Production:
    Assist with production and mini business initiatives while ensuring that all production information is accurately captured and filed.

Key Requirements

  • Education:
    A relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    1-3 years of experience in a production or FMCG administrative role.
  • Skills:
    • Computer literate in MS Office and SAP.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Effective time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to work well with teams and departments.
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
    • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities.
    • Attention to detail is essential.
