Job Description
Auto Pedigree, a leading player in the car retail sales industry, is looking for an experienced, professional, and target-driven Quality Controller to join their team in Spartan. The successful candidate will report to the Call Centre Manager and will be responsible for ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy within the call center, driving continuous development and improvement.
Position Overview
The Quality Controller’s main purpose is to evaluate and assess all employees in the call center to maintain high standards of quality and ensure effective continuous development. This role will focus on increasing brand awareness, retaining customers, improving company profits, and minimizing risks and customer complaints while optimizing the use of resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Increasing Brand Awareness:
- Implement strategies that help increase brand visibility and awareness.
- Profit Growth & Customer Retention:
- Contribute to increasing company profits.
- Focus on retaining customers through quality services and attention to customer needs.
- Minimizing Risk & Complaints:
- Proactively address risks and minimize customer complaints by ensuring that quality standards are maintained.
- Optimizing Resource Usage:
- Use available resources in the most efficient way to improve productivity and service quality.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Assess current procedures and identify new and improved ways of evaluating employees for better performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Valid South African ID document
- Experience:
- Proven customer service experience
- In-depth knowledge of call center operations
- Familiarity with National Credit Act (NCA)
