Job Description

Kia South Africa is looking for a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive to join their team at the Weltevreden Park branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales and processing transactions for pre-owned vehicles, adhering to predefined work objectives and procedures.


Position Overview

As a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting performance targets. You will work to process vehicle sales transactions in an accurate and timely manner, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Process & Governance:
    • Identify and apply solutions to operational problems and escalate unresolved issues.
    • Deliver sales targets and provide timely information for decision-making.
    • Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with governance and compliance procedures.
    • Provide advice and support to customers, ensuring excellent customer service standards.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain customer relationships to drive pre-owned vehicle sales.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure exceptional service and resolve any complaints.
    • Develop strategies to acquire new customers and increase sales.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of marketing campaigns to boost vehicle sales.
    • Negotiate prices, finalize sales, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Compliance & Legal:
    • Adhere to legal compliance, including the FICA regulation, POPI Act, and Customer Protection Act.
  • Finance & Reporting:
    • Execute sales activities efficiently to prevent financial losses.
    • Provide accurate reports on transactional activities and sales performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualifications:
    • Matric Certificate
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar sales environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
    • Valid South African driver’s license

    • Strong ability in persuasive selling, developing sales, and closing deals.
    • Sound knowledge of products and services.
