Job Overview:
The Sales Administration Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, including capturing and analyzing daily sales figures, maintaining the sales information system, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Download sales reports from the system into specific files.
- Update the sales information systems regularly.
- Analyze sales data and report findings to the relevant staff.
- Maintain and update customer information records.
- File all sales documentation appropriately.
- Address customer complaints and donation requests.
- Prepare weekly sales presentations using PowerPoint.
