Job Overview:
The Administration Clerk will provide comprehensive clerical support to the Engineering department to ensure smooth operations. This role requires multitasking, maintaining accuracy under pressure, and effectively managing information generated by buying functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill departmental typing requirements.
- Assist with Engineering store duties, such as stock take and inventory management.
- Process planned maintenance activities.
- Utilize and manage a computerized maintenance system (DMS).
- Create job cards and schedules.
- Provide feedback on job cards and schedules.
- Identify and report aging stock on DMS.
- Support the Maintenance Coordinator in routine maintenance planning using DMS.
