Job Overview

Pedros is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Human Resources and Legal departments. This role involves managing office operations, ensuring effective communication, and handling sensitive legal and HR-related matters with discretion.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level organizational and administrative assistance.
  • Legal Support: Assist with basic legal documentation and processes.
  • General Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office functions to ensure efficiency.
  • Communication and Liaison: Act as a point of contact and ensure effective communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Diary Management: Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Requirements

  • Education: Matric certification is essential.
  • Skills and Abilities:
