Job Overview:
Pedros is hiring a Griller for their Ulundi location. The role is centered on ensuring that food products are prepared and served according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will be responsible for maintaining food safety and hygiene standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation:
- Prepare menu items in line with SOPs while maintaining a high speed of service.
- Ensure that food quality meets company standards.
- Maintain Hygiene and Safety Standards:
- Follow SOPs to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
- Adhere to food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in a restaurant or fast-food service role.
- Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education:
- National Senior Certificate (NSC).
