Job Purpose:

Assist with general activities on site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping Duties:
   • Perform general housekeeping tasks on site.
2. Meetings and Assessments:
   • Attend pre-shift meetings and risk assessments.
3. Tool Safety:
   • Ensure tools are kept in a safe working condition.
4. Safety and Compliance:
   • Report unsafe conditions and behavior.
   • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and operational procedures.
5. Management Liaison:
   • Liaise with management regarding work-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualifications:
  • Grade 12.
• Experience:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in a tailings environment.

• Communication Skills:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical Fitness:
  • Must be physically fit to perform the work.
• Emotional Intelligence:
  • Ability to handle various work-related situations with emotional intelligence.

  • Good listening skills and visible on-site presence.
