Job Overview

Pedros is looking for a dedicated Call Centre Agent to handle customer inquiries, provide menu details, and ensure accurate order processing for delivery and collection. The role also involves upselling and cross-selling to enhance the customer experience and contribute to revenue growth.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Customer Assistance:
    • Understand and explain the restaurant’s menu, offerings, and policies.
    • Provide detailed descriptions and make recommendations to customers.
  2. Order Management:
    • Take and accurately record customer orders, including special instructions.
    • Coordinate orders with the appropriate stores for delivery or collection.
    • Modify existing orders as per customer requests and communicate changes with the stores.
  3. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or promote additional menu items and beverages.
    • Provide relevant recommendations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Requirements

  • Education: Matric qualification is essential.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
    • Computer literacy is mandatory.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in inbound call handling.
    • Experience in a call center or similar customer service role.
