The Sales Clerk is responsible for executing sales activities effectively while ensuring accurate stock control at the branch.

Requirements

Education/Training:

• Grade 12

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a direct sales environment

---

Key Performance Areas

1. Customer Service:
   • Deliver efficient service to walk-in clients.
   • Promote additional products to enhance customer purchases.
2. Stock Management:
   • Monitor stock levels and initiate supplier or procurement orders when needed.
   • Receive stock, verify counts, and ensure accurate pricing.
   • Conduct stock counts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
