Job Purpose
The Product Consultant will be responsible for driving in-store sales, managing product knowledge, ensuring shelf health, and supporting promotional activities to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales and product management.
- Shelf Health
- Ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves.
- Implementation of Promotions
- Manage and execute promotional activities to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Customer Satisfaction and Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- In-store Sales and Marketing
- Drive sales by promoting products and engaging customers effectively in-store.
- Drive Sells Out
- Increase product sales by actively promoting products and managing stock movement.
- Product Knowledge
- Develop deep knowledge of the products being sold to enhance customer interaction and sales success.
- Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales
- Educational Qualification: Diploma/NQF level 5
- Skills:
- Sales acumen and marketing principles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
