Purpose of the Job
To contribute to the design, development, and creation of plans for new products, as well as enhance existing products. The role also involves designing and developing the necessary facilities for product realization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drafting and Design
- Perform 3D CAD modeling for conceptual products, prototypes, and more.
- Generate manufacturing drawings for prototype production.
2. Supplier and Stakeholder Liaison
- Collaborate with suppliers, product end-users, technical specialists, and colleagues to commission designs and drafting tasks.
- Attend workshops, trade shows, and exhibitions as required by the company.
3. Project Involvement
- Assist in product development initiatives in collaboration with the R&D team.
- Contribute to improving production processes and facilities.
- Participate in meetings, present proposals, and provide regular progress reports.
- Oversee in-field product testing and monitoring.
4. Employee Management
- Supervise employees and delegate responsibilities efficiently.
- Provide training, motivation, and constructive feedback to team members.
- Support personal development plans and succession planning for employees.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualification: National Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a mechanical, mechanized, or technical environment.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD software for mechanical design.
- Other Requirements:
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in numerical and statistical processing.
- Capability to identify and resolve product defects.
