Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, constructive feedback on resumes via 10–15-minute video reviews.
- Guide job seekers in crafting accomplishment-based bullet points and incorporating job-specific keywords.
- Review and tailor feedback to address client concerns and align with targeted job requisitions.
- Document detailed notes for job seekers when necessary.
- Submit videos for QA review and implement required corrections.

- Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in research and verbal content review.

Requirements
- Mandatory:
- Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- Advantageous:
- A qualification in Linguistics, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in resume writing and formatting.
- Familiarity with keyword identification/SEO optimization.
- Quality assurance experience in reviewing and editing documents.
- Professional Experience:
- 1+ years in a writing or editing role.
- Proficiency in Google Docs.
- Exposure to target-driven environments.
