Key Responsibilities

  1. Task Management:
    • Efficiently complete assigned cases/tasks within SLA.
    • Adapt to new tasks as needed using a consultative approach to solve internal stakeholder issues.
  2. Performance:
    • Achieve KPIs like CSAT, productivity, and quality.
  3. Campaign Management:
    • Create and edit advertising campaigns, ensuring information accuracy.
  4. Content Creation:
    • Produce client-facing reports and collate data following defined processes.
  5. Account Administration:
    • Manage user access and permissions.
  6. Credit Allocation:
    • Administer promotional credits on a set cadence (weekly, monthly).
  7. Problem-Solving:
    • Investigate job visibility issues, identify problems, log tickets, and follow up.
  8. Proactive Approach:
    • Address challenges with a customer-centric mindset.
  9. Internal Communication:
    • Use tools like Salesforce Chatter for communication.
  10. Technical Troubleshooting:
    • Diagnose technical issues, resolve problems with integration setups, and manage job aggregation systems.
