Minimum Requirements
- Education:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Experience:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in retail management (essential).
- Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proven ability to train and develop staff daily.
- Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock and Asset Management:
- Effectively manage store stock and assets.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure efficient customer service and address customer queries promptly.
- Staff Development:
- Train and develop the store team to maintain high performance.
- Store Operations:
- Oversee daily store responsibilities, including store layout and administration.
- Maintain store standards and compliance.
- Sales and Targets:
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed goals.
