Minimum Requirements

  • Education:
    • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of two years’ experience in retail management (essential).
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
    • Proven ability to train and develop staff daily.
    • Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
    • Sales-driven with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
    • Customer service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and Asset Management:
    • Effectively manage store stock and assets.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure efficient customer service and address customer queries promptly.
  • Staff Development:
    • Train and develop the store team to maintain high performance.
  • Store Operations:
    • Oversee daily store responsibilities, including store layout and administration.
    • Maintain store standards and compliance.
  • Sales and Targets:
    • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed goals.
