Nestlé Health Science is seeking a skilled Medical Sales Representative to ethically promote our clinical nutrition products in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a background in science or healthcare, coupled with solid experience in medical sales, and will play a key role in fostering relationships with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence:
- Gather and interpret data on medical nutrition trends, healthcare systems, competitors, and customer insights.
- Territory Management:
- Develop strategic plans, manage territories, and schedule visits to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Communication:
- Promote Nestlé Health Science products and services, emphasizing their benefits and appropriate usage.
- Differentiate Nestlé’s offerings from competitors to build support for our product platforms.
- Relationship Building:
- Support healthcare professionals through medical education, resources, and solutions to improve patient care.
- Foster sustainable, long-term relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Adhere to local regulations, Nestlé guidelines, and industry standards.
- Document and analyze field activities to support business decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative in the Nutrition/Pharma sector.
- Solid knowledge of clinical nutrition and strong key account management experience.
- Skills and Expertise:
- Advanced understanding of nutritional products and competitor insights.
- Regulatory knowledge of Nestlé’s guidelines and local compliance standards.
- Strong communication, selling, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in intermediate computer skills and CRM tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
