Role Purpose

To establish and sustain strong partnerships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), promoting Momentum solutions, growing their business, and achieving sales targets while expanding Momentum’s footprint.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-year tertiary qualification or willingness to study towards one.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant sales and communication experience.
  • Knowledge of Momentum products is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engagement with IFAs:

  • Understand targeted IFA needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Build meaningful partnerships by proactively addressing barriers.
  • Conduct structured visits to promote Momentum solutions and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop retention strategies for IFA clients, ensuring loyalty and engagement.
  • Promote the digital way of working and foster a strong connection to the Momentum brand.

2. Relationship Building:

  • Create long-term, meaningful relationships with IFAs.
  • Serve as the primary source of Momentum-related information for IFAs.
  • Resolve queries promptly and provide consistent, professional support.

3. Empowering IFAs:

  • Deliver industry insights, regulatory updates, and financial planning expertise to IFAs.
  • Coach IFAs to increase production and improve financial planning outcomes.
  • Share innovations and ideas to enhance IFA practices.

4. Achieving Sales and Retention Goals:

  • Meet or exceed activity and production targets.
  • Ensure business retention and growth by addressing risks and opportunities.

5. Travel and Flexibility:

  • Travel to IFAs with a valid driver’s license and car.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet diary commitments.
