Job Purpose
To optimize the profitability and performance of ATMs under your responsibility by ensuring maximum uptime, adherence to high standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Maximize ATM profitability by maintaining optimal machine availability in line with performance expectations.
- Minimize ATM/ADT discrepancies (net shortages and surpluses) reflected on the General Ledger.
- Achieve Balanced Scorecard profit targets for Self-Service Devices (SSDs).
- Maintain cost controls within budgetary requirements, including managing cell phone bills, overtime targets, and vehicle-related expenses.
Service Delivery
- Provide exceptional customer support, including first-line and after-hours support, aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure SSD availability is maintained above agreed benchmark percentages, excluding uncontrollable mechanical defects.
Performance Monitoring
- Provide feedback on vendor service performance (e.g., SBV, Bytes, BMS, Diebold, Cleaners) and site efficiency.
- Conduct monthly cash and alarm checks on ATMs/ADTs, ensuring all failures and inefficiencies are reported immediately.
- Adhere to cleanliness and appearance standards for SSDs and complete monthly checklists for look and feel assessments.
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with governance policies, legislative requirements, and audit standards for SSDs.
- Follow all internal policies, processes, and procedures related to SSD operations.
Personal Development
- Manage personal development to enhance competencies and career growth.
Performance Measures
- Reduced Rand value discrepancies in ATM/ADT operations.
- Achieved Balanced Scorecard profit results.
- Met SSD uptime and cleanliness benchmarks.
