Role Purpose
The Back Office Administrator will support the Momentum Life digital sales team by ensuring the smooth operational and administrative functioning of the onboarding process. This role is focused on delivering excellent client service and maintaining efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Applications:
- Assist stakeholders in submitting onboarding applications via digital channels.
- Ensure instructions are accurate and complete.
- Stakeholder Support:
- Provide reliable support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
- Address queries and identify areas for improved service offerings.
- Process & Compliance:
- Adhere to product house workflows and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Report system and process failures or suggest enhancements.
- Ensure proper controls for new business applications.
- Administration:
- Accurately capture and verify documentation.
- Complete administrative and reporting tasks within deadlines.
- Escalate system faults and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Policy & Processes:
- Ensure smooth and accurate onboarding processes.
- Perform policy book transfers and terminations according to protocols.
- Utilize BPM effectively and migrate from AWD processes.
Requirements
- Education:
- Matric / Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance sales industry.
- Familiarity with Momentum Life products and services is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Afrikaans and English.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
