Role Overview:
Mango5 is seeking Short-Term Insurance Sales Agents to sell home, car, and risk insurance policies for leading insurance companies. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in sales environments and are dedicated to providing top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers.
- Negotiate effectively to close insurance policy sales.
- Provide accurate product information and ensure customer needs are met.
- Accurately capture customer details and follow up on inquiries.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience:
- At least 6 months in a call centre environment.
- At least 6 months of sales experience.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Confident with cold calling.
- Computer literacy with proficient data-capturing skills.
- Clearance:
- Clear criminal record.
Working Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Tuesday (Marathon Day): 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- 1 Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM.
Remuneration:
- Basic Monthly Salary: R6,000.00.
- Additional commissions and performance incentives.
