Role Overview:
Mango5 is launching an exciting new campaign in the hospitality industry and seeks highly motivated and energetic Sales Consultants to join their team. This role involves driving sales, making outbound calls, and connecting with customers to promote travel offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
- Close sales by effectively communicating the benefits of travel products.
Customer Engagement:
- Initiate calls to both potential and existing customers.
- Use scripts to provide information about travel features.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
Professional Communication:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Accurately capture and record customer information.
- Handle all interactions professionally and courteously.
Performance Maximization:
- Monitor personal sales performance.
- Seek feedback to improve results.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
KPI Achievement:
- Meet and exceed sales and quality KPIs.
- Continuously improve sales tactics based on performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate (Essential).
- Additional qualifications (Advantageous).
- Experience in the travel industry (Advantageous).
Experience:
- At least 1 year in outbound telesales.
- Proven sales track record.
- Familiarity with computer programs and telephone systems.
Skills and Behaviors:
- Fluency in English (Essential); additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong verbal communication and sales skills.
- Ability to handle rejection with resilience.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Subject to operational changes).
Remuneration:
- Basic Monthly Salary: R6,000.00
- Additional commission and incentives.
- Anniversary bonus.
