Role Overview
The Housekeeping staff will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in the Branch, maintaining a welcoming environment for staff and customers.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- General Cleaning:
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the Branch, including the car park.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors and clean walls.
- Dispose of refuse, sanitize bins, and replace refuse bags.
- Clean tables, counters, chairs, TV screens, and other furniture/equipment.
- Restroom Maintenance:
- Ensure toilets are cleaned and sanitized.
- Service Area Upkeep:
- Keep service areas neat during both peak and quiet periods.
- Chemical and Equipment Use:
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and detergents responsibly.
- Request cleaning supplies or replacement equipment from the Branch Manager as needed.
- Branch Maintenance:
- Clean air conditioning filters weekly.
- Monitor the condition of furniture in the gaming areas, requesting repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Reporting Issues:
- Declare breakages and report refurbishing needs for furniture or equipment to the Branch Manager.
