Overview:
A Site Security Manager position is available at Fidelity Services Group, based in Robertville. Reporting to the Area Manager, this role ensures efficient adherence to contractual agreements and consistently meets the client’s security needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric certificate.
- Registration: Psira Grade A registration and accreditation.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in logistics and warehouse operations.
- At least 10 years of management experience.
- 5 years of security management experience.
- Knowledge:
- ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management requirements.
- Strong skills in planning, leadership, and organizational management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Additional:
- People management expertise.
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license.
- Clear criminal record.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to counter threats.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Maintain professional client relations for security services rendered.
- Manage and investigate serious incidents (e.g., theft, armed robberies).
- Submit incident reports and operational feedback regularly.
- Oversee administration and ensure daily shift coverage.
- Collaborate with operations management on special events, investigations, and ad hoc requests.
