Hollywoodbets is offering an exciting opportunity for two Field Sales Agents in Saldanha/Vredenburg. These roles involve assisting clients with account and betting queries, meeting mobile sales targets, and expanding the mobile customer base. Successful candidates will serve as brand ambassadors, promoting Hollywoodbets’ mobile betting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Support:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets, focusing on customer growth.
- Drive sales through product demonstrations and training on mobile betting.
- Assist customers with account setup, betting queries, and FICA compliance for new accounts.
- Promotions and Marketing:
- Organize and set up displays in-store to draw customer interest.
- Conduct mobile marketing campaigns to promote the Hollywoodbets mobile platform.
- Operational Tasks:
- Ensure all FICA documentation is submitted daily.
- Perform accurate cash-ups and report any discrepancies to management.
- Ensure mobile equipment and inventory are properly maintained.
- Mobility:
- Be prepared to rove between branches and stores as operationally required.
Minimum Requirements
- Bonus: 6 months to 1-year sales experience.
Skills and Competencies
- Listening & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and top-up voucher (TUV) distribution.
- Customer Focus: Results-driven with a strong understanding of customer service.
