Job Description:

Trafalgar Birdhaven is looking for a dynamic and passionate Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide timely responses to email and social media queries.
  • Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors.
  • Take messages and redirect calls as needed.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Report office issues (e.g., water, electrical problems).
  • Assist with office duties as assigned.
  • Ensure 24-hour turnaround for client requests and world-class service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Receptionist.
  • Property industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly demeanor with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and provide excellent telephone etiquette.
