AVBOB is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Branch Administration Clerk for our Queenstown branch. The ideal candidate will handle a range of administrative tasks, including reception duties, record keeping, and client services, ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage reception and greet clients professionally
• Perform typing and general office administration duties
• Maintain accurate records and handle document scanning
• Operate the switchboard and direct calls appropriately
• Assist with client services and queries
• Data input and file management
• Handle petty cash and manage basic financial administration
• Support general office functions
Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
• 1-2 years of office administration experience in a similar role
Skills:
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
